Please read them carefully before applying. There are two ways to apply, you can complete an application form attached below or apply via Instagram with a post tagging us in your application. (See our Instagram for more details on how to do this)

what you need to know about

your role

As a brand rep for The Willoughby Bookshelf you'll need to complete a few tasks each month.

- Create 1 post each week with our products as the focus.
- At least one of those posts should be a reel.
- Add your rep code and our IG handle to your bio.
- Interact with our posts and stories (basically just continue to show love and support like so many of you already do!)
- Occasionally, media templates and images for new launches and the brand rep programme will be shared with you, you may include these to your brand rep posts or stories.

what you can expect

from us

Each month you'll receive a brand rep box containing mystery products.
We will match your box to your aesthetic and it could include first looks at new products, a personalised sign or our iconic bestsellers.

You will receive a 10% brand rep discount code to share with your followers, family and friends!

You'll also receive your own 15% discount code to apply to your own purchases.

terms and conditions

- Your initial brand rep term will be 1 month. After a review, brand reps may be given the option to continue for another 2 months. (Total of 3 months before another review.)

- Reps will be asked to co-ordinate their brand rep posts with each other to avoid posting on the same day. You will be added to a group channel to facilitate this.

- Reps are expected to conduct themselves appropriately in the online space. Essentially - be good, kind people.

- Rep positions are currently open to U.K residents.

- When joining the programme you consent to all content you have created for the programme to be shared across multiple social media platforms and our sales channels.

- Reps may choose to leave the programme at any point. Notice of this must be made via Instagram. If rep terms have not been met, reps are expected to return all products at their own expense.

- We reserve the right to terminate rep agreements at any point.

- All applications are to be made via the application form or via Instagram. Brand rep approval will be confirmed via private message on Instagram.
